This $16 million project brought new life to a 1970 gymnasium by inserting a bowl type arena and adding other functions to enhance the game-day experience. The program required a major renovation of the existing building. Major deficiencies in the building envelope were found and immediately addressed when the building envelop was evaluated. The entire envelope was reconstructed to ensure proper mitigation of water infiltration. PryorMorrow also assessed life safety, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as well as performing an ADA study of the entire facility.
