Stockard – Martin Residence Halls on the campus of The University of Mississippi are home to over 1,000 students per year. The “twin towers” were originally built in 1968 and have been home to freshman ever since. The building renovations involved replacing all windows and failing brick facades of both towers. PryorMorrow worked to reduce standard construction inconveniences to students, including noise, dust, tunneled entryways, security, and decreased parking.
Not only did the project address a failing brick facade, but it also provided an opportunity to update the appearance of the two structures. Both halls are a favorite among the student body.
