PryorMorrow had the pleasure of presenting a check in the amount of $14,887.50 to Northeast Mississippi Community College from Tippah Electric Power Association for a TVA electrification incentive program. This program offered incentives for new construction and revitalization making the new Northeast Ripley Center a prime candidate. The building was designed to exceed current energy codes with high-efficiency walls, roof, and windows, LED lighting and occupancy sensors, low flow plumbing fixtures, and high efficiency HVAC units with an energy management system. PryorMorrow served as the architectural and engineering firm responsible for the design of the building as well as being the TVA Preferred Partner.
