The building features:

• 4,000 SF on the main floor dedicated to public services

• 1,000 SF mezzanine level for secure storage

• Two distinct service areas — one for the Tax Collector and one for the Tax Assessor

• A convenient drive‑thru on the Tax Collector side to streamline payments and improve accessibility
