PryorMorrow is proud to announce Charles A. Watson, AIA, has been named the newest principal in the firm. Charlie is a native of Tupelo, MS, and a 1998 graduate of Tupelo High School. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Mississippi State University in 2003. After graduation Charlie, worked as an Intern Architect in PryorMorrow’s Tupelo office under the mentorship of Rud B. Robison, Jr., AIA. During his time as an Intern Architect, he gained extensive experience working on projects across many building sectors including educational, religious, government, sports, and residential.
In 2011, Charlie obtained his license to practice architecture in the State of Mississippi and continued his career as a licensed architect with PryorMorrow PC. As a Project Architect, he has worked closely with Principals Rud B. Robison, Jr., AIA, William V. Dexter, Jr., AIA, and Roger A. Pryor, AIA. Some notable projects and clients include: Tupelo Convention and Visitors Bureau, Northeast Mississippi Community College, Winston County Medical Center, Northwest Mississippi Community College, Kappa Delta Sorority at The University of Mississippi, multiple public school districts across north Mississippi, Chi Omega Sorority at The University of Mississippi, Tupelo Fire Station #2, Alpha Delta Pi Sorority at The University of Mississippi (under construction), and most recently, Tupelo Fire Station #5, which is currently in the bid phase.
