After completing a limited facilities study, PryorMorrow created a Multi-Phase Masterplan for the campus. East Central Middle School was master-planned with 42 classrooms for a maximum student capacity of 1,000 students. Phase 1 included a new administration office, library, 12 classrooms, and a grand rotunda, which is visually appealing and serves as a school-wide surveillance location. There are currently two wings along with a full teaching library, administration, and conference spaces. During construction, a portion of phase 2 was added, increasing the student capacity by 450 by adding 6 additional classrooms.
