Dedicated to Dr. Rick Young in 2012, this 41,000 SF building includes a full-service cafeteria that seats over 450 students, special event rooms, the campus book store, a convenience store/grill for extended hours of food service, administration area, private dining rooms, and various study and social spaces for residential and commuter students. The food court gives the students several dining options – all served and prepared from the commercial kitchen. The administration area houses a board meeting room and dining rooms. The project also has a central delivery and distribution storage area for the campus, equipped with a loading dock.
