The City of Louisville commissioned PryorMorrow to design the relocation of the cemetery entrance and add a new retaining wall at Memorial Park Cemetery.
A monument paying tribute to those who lost their lives in the tornado of April 28, 2014, was placed at Memorial Garden.
The tornado damaged one of the original cemetery entrances. PryorMorrow designed a flag memorial park connecting the two entrances to the cemetery with ten trees along the road representing each of the victims.
The project was a collaboration between the city and local businesses who donated time, material, and labor to complete the vision to the Memorial.
