PryorMorrow had the pleasure of presenting a check in the amount of $19,359.00 to the Winston County Board of Supervisors from Louisville Utilities for a TVA electrification incentive program.
This program offered incentives for new construction and revitalization making the new courthouse annex a prime candidate. The building was designed to exceed current energy codes with high-efficiency walls, roof, and windows, LED lighting and occupancy sensors, low flow plumbing fixtures, and high-efficiency HVAC units. PryorMorrow served as the architectural and engineering firm responsible for the design of the building as well as being the TVA Preferred Partner.
